I'm seeking a hands-on IT or technical support role (SaaS, networking, or databases) where I can solve integration issues, deliver excellent customer outcomes, and grow technically in a collaborative, process-driven team; willing to relocate.

I am a diligent engineer with extensive experience in IT, focused on software technical support, SaaS implementations, and customer-facing roles. I deliver practical solutions and adapt quickly to remote support environments.

At Syrve MENA I provided remote technical support across the Middle East, installed POS systems, customized invoices by editing code, collected logs and escalated integration issues to the development team. I have hands-on experience with ticketing systems, remote-access tools, and printer/network troubleshooting.

I also have database and networking experience using MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, TCP/IP and Wireshark, and built operational dashboards at Talabat while supervising plant control-room operations at Lafarge Holcim.
