What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead L&D that’s measurable and compliant—using TNA, LMS operations, and blended learning to improve training effectiveness, build talent pipelines, and support continuous learning through data dashboards and strong stakeholder partnerships.

I’m a results-driven Learning & Development professional with 9+ years designing and delivering high-impact training programs across BFSI, edtech, and government sectors. I bring proven expertise in Training Needs Assessment (TNA), instructional design, LMS administration, blended learning, and compliance training—backed by NISM Series II A certification and a strong stakeholder-management approach.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at KFin Technologies, I manage L&D operations for 1,000+ employees, administer LMS operations, and drive training compliance (including 100% timely completion of mandatory modules). Previously at Think and Learn (BYJU’S), I set KPIs and evaluation frameworks, led enterprise-wide blended learning initiatives, and converted training data into dashboards to enable data-driven decisions—supported by measurable improvements through a new training evaluation system.
