I’m looking for a role where I can own learning strategy and LMS delivery, build blended training with measurable outcomes, and foster psychologically safe, people-first development cultures through strong instructional design.

I’m a Learning & Development leader with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering training programmes across BPO, FinTech, and technology. I’m known for measurable impact—such as 90% new-hire clearance rates and Best Trainer recognition across all four quarters of 2022.

I architect end-to-end learning ecosystems, govern LMS operations, and build blended curricula that connect business goals to role readiness. I specialize in instructional design using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick, along with end-to-end curriculum development, onboarding, workshop design, and training needs analysis and improvement (TNA/TNI).
