At Catholic Relief Services, I manage compensation and benefits administration, workforce data, and staff care and wellbeing programs. I also conduct workforce analysis, including turnover analysis and custom HR reports.
Previously, I supported HR programs at Catholic Relief Services and handled recruitment, employee administration, and compensation and benefits at GIZ. At both organizations, my work included supporting managers and maintaining HR records and systems.
Earlier, I worked in human resources and administration at Hulegeb Online Solution PLC and co-founded SN Computer System Technologies PLC, where I coordinated client requirements for ERP systems. I hold a BA in Business Management and completed training in HR metrics and dashboarding.
