I’m interested in joining an organization where I can contribute my human capital management experience, support employee development, and help create a positive work environment that supports organizational growth.

At Kereyu Hill Resort Hotel, I managed human capital operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and attendance management. I also organized employee files, strengthened recruitment procedures, and supported effective staff management.
