I am a Human Resource Professional with a strong commitment to enhancing my skills and contributing to organizations that value hard work and dedication. Currently, I serve as the Human Resource Manager at Ablaze Laboratories and Engineering PLC, where I develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. My role involves bridging management and employee relations, addressing grievances, and managing the recruitment and selection process.

With an MBA in Human Resources from Leadstar University College and a BA in Business Administration from Addis Ababa University, I have a solid educational foundation that complements my practical experience. I have previously worked as a Junior Human Resource Officer at Excellerent Technology Solutions, where I was actively involved in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. My expertise extends to maintaining employee records, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
