At NSE Clearing Limited (NCL), I provide L2/L3 application and production support for Clearing & Settlement applications across Production and UAT. I investigate incidents using application logs, Linux commands, SQL queries and backend data validation.
I support workflows and integrations across Clearing, Settlement, Collateral, e-Gold, NMASS, IFTAS, Snorkel, NSDL and CDSL. I also develop and maintain shell scripts to streamline recurring support activities.
My work includes UAT and regression validation, deployment support using Git and GitHub, and application checks during server migrations and patching. Previously, at NSE IFSC Exchange, I supported exchange applications, production monitoring and release checks.
