At UBS, I support production applications that maintain accounting accuracy across intersystem and inter-bank cash, trade, and securities reconciliations for exchanges including NASDAQ, EURONEXT, EUREX, and London Exchange.
As a member of the Reliability (SRE) team, I work on application stability and incident, change, and problem management. I also analyze ticket trends and service levels through ServiceNow and Tableau dashboards, and have managed production releases.
I had hands-on involvement in migrating two CTC applications, SIR and MENHIR, from on-premises to cloud. I also contributed to automation work, including a workflow for failed AutoSys job alerts that helped close nearly 40% of those alerts.
