What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own automation and CI/CD for cloud systems, strengthen change control and incident handling, and build reliable monitoring—so releases are faster, rollbacks are safe, and service levels stay consistently high.

I’m a Systems Analyst who helps large-scale trading systems stay reliable through end-to-end deployment and operations, with a strong focus on high availability, performance, and incident reduction. I streamline incident management and change control using ServiceNow and ALM, and I manage change flow from UAT coordination through controlled production deployment to improve SLA compliance.

I automate operational workloads (server health checks, validations, and environment provisioning) with shell scripting and Python, and I build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines that improve release frequency while supporting reliable rollbacks. I also use Ansible for configuration management, and I’ve implemented workflow automation with Control-M and Apache Airflow to increase efficiency and visibility—plus AWS CloudWatch monitoring to reduce mean time to detection.
