At Wipro, I provide L2 production and control support for FINBOURNE, a payments platform supporting local, cross-border, payroll, pension, and high-value payments.
I monitor batch processing, system health, alerts, database performance, and file transfers; resolve incidents within SLA; and manage Incident, Problem, and Change records through ServiceNow ITSM and BMC Remedy. I also automate operational tasks with UNIX shell scripting, support deployments and migrations, and create knowledge-base documentation to reduce recurring issues and MTTR.
Previously at Infosys, I supported Iwoca trade operations by validating trade feeds, resolving trade breaks, performing RCA, monitoring AutoSys jobs, handling ServiceNow incidents, and coordinating with Middle Office, trading desks, IT teams, and clients.
