At Publicis Sapient, supporting Delta Capita/DTCC’s Reporting Hub, I handle L2 incidents for tenants across financial institutions and investigate trade-reporting issues including ACK/NACK errors, stuck deals, and file-transfer failures.
I use SSMS, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer, PuTTY, and WinSCP to troubleshoot logs and data, coordinate with L1 and L3 teams, and manage incidents through closure under ITSM practices.
Previously at Wells Fargo, I supported risk and P&L batch processing for trading desks, monitored AutoSys and Ab Initio workflows, and helped maintain FX systems, IBM Platform Symphony, Solace queues, and ITRS monitoring.
