Soy una líder comercial B2B con más de 20 años construyendo, transformando y escalando organizaciones de ventas en telecomunicaciones, tecnología, SaaS, servicios administrados e industria, en Venezuela, LATAM y el Caribe. Mi especialidad tiene dos frentes: levantar estructuras comerciales desde cero cuando no existe nada, y rediseñar operaciones estancadas hasta convertirlas en sistemas escalables de revenue. Diagnostico dónde se rompe el crecimiento y reconstruyo el sistema completo: equipos, redes de comercios y canales, hasta pipeline, forecasting, segmentación, pricing, KPIs y gobierno comercial.

He liderado estrategias de Revenue Operations y crecimiento para servicios gestionados de TI y ciberseguridad, diseñando arquitecturas comerciales completas (CRM, pipeline management, SOPs y métricas) e integrando prospección outbound e inbound con automatización y segmentación. Como Head of Sales LATAM, diseñé e implementé la arquitectura comercial regional, implementé Revenue Operations (forecasting, presupuesto, cuotas, segmentación y monitoreo ejecutivo) y ejecuté la migración y rediseño del CRM regional en tiempo récord (15 días). También he logrado hitos históricos en mercados regionales: construí redes de distribución a escala nacional con más de 3.000 comercios y contribuí al desempeño que llevó a un concesionario a categoría de excelencia y al reconocimiento “Club de Presidentes” de General Motors.
