I’m an adaptable, motivated entry-level professional with an IT and application support background, focused on first-line user support, efficient issue resolution, and clear escalation to the right technical teams. In my Application Support role, I supported users across multiple systems, responded to urgent incidents during standby and night shifts, and helped keep operations running smoothly through cross-functional collaboration.

I also bring hands-on experience from operations-focused work as a Fleet Controller (Plant Hire), where I managed teams, tracked daily working hours, monitored downtime, and coordinated dispatch and supply across multiple sites. I assisted with a software rewrite by performing basic testing and updating UAT acceptance-criteria trackers and documents—reinforcing my attention to detail, process discipline, and reliable work ethic as I continue learning and growing.
