What I'm looking for

I'm actively seeking an application support opportunity where I can solve complex software issues, support users and technical teams, and contribute across a range of application support environments.

I'm currently an Application Analyst at Dye & Durham, keeping software running across the UK, Canada, South Africa, and Australia. I troubleshoot issues, configure back-end SQL and Linux environments, manage Azure services, update SQL tables, and create custom reports.

Previously, I led software support at City Logistics for in-house logistics platforms including ORV, LMS, TMS, and Logidata. I investigated incidents with T-SQL, led UAT for new modules, coordinated fixes with developers and Scrum Masters, and supported depots nationally.

I also introduced a WhatsApp support chatbot, rolled out a master data application, and created SOPs, user guides, and Power BI dashboards. I enjoy translating technical issues into practical solutions for end users while helping support teams grow through weekly knowledge-sharing.

Across Makro and Ignition Group, I've supported POS systems, SAP, Active Directory, MySQL databases, network infrastructure, QA processes, training content, and IT operations. I'm looking to bring my hands-on application support and service-focused approach to a new environment.
