I’m an entry-level IT Support / Service Desk professional with a strong academic foundation in Systems Development and IT Service Management. I’ve completed an Advanced Diploma in Information Resources Management and gained exposure to ITIL-aligned service delivery, incident and problem management, ICT service availability, information security, and business–IT alignment.
From a fast-paced call centre environment, I bring hands-on customer support experience—logging, tracking, and following up on queries with accurate documentation. I’m currently preparing for the CompTIA A+ certification, and I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support or Service Desk role to gain practical experience and grow within the IT field.
