I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in service desk support, request management, and end-user systems administration. I have worked in roles that required troubleshooting, software and hardware installations, and remote deployment of applications.

In my positions I served as a first point of contact for users, managed and resolved a wide range of enquiries, and escalated complex issues appropriately. I take ownership of requests and focus on delivering timely, clear, and courteous customer service.

I have experience creating and managing admin, network, and supplier accounts, provisioning access for new and promoted employees, and supporting privileged account requests. I have also supported basic maintenance of computers and contributed to simple custom application development for end users.

I am motivated to leverage my technical skills in a dynamic environment where I can continue to grow, improve IT processes, and deliver high-quality support that enables business continuity and user productivity.
