I'm looking to lead zero-to-one and AI-powered products where I can turn ambiguous operational needs into scalable technical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

I've led product delivery at Supertails and axio Finance, reducing support costs, improving customer experiences, and delivering complex operational systems. At Supertails, I led a CRM migration that reduced average handling time by 20% and delivered INR 50L in annual cost savings.

At axio, I helped automate 55% of 100K monthly support queries through an AI WhatsApp chatbot, improving CSAT from 75% to 87% while reducing the support team from 45 to 35 agents.
