I'm currently supporting MG Sustainable Engineering in Uppsala, where I administer Microsoft 365, migrated email from Hostinger to Microsoft, and set up and manage SharePoint sites.
I also use Power BI for data analysis, automate workflows with Power Automate, create WordPress websites, and produce Microsoft Teams user manuals and documentation.
Previously, I spent eight years at the Management and Planning Organization resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining computers and printers, and prioritizing multiple support requests for timely resolution.
