At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), on assignment at Ramboll, I handled incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, supporting users onsite and remotely. I worked with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra, and Intune, escalating issues to the appropriate internal IT teams when needed.
As a network technician intern at Iver Sverige AB, I installed and configured routers, switches, and firewalls, and helped troubleshoot network issues. I’m now looking for a next step with greater coordination responsibility in IT support and stable operations.
