I am an Entrepreneurial Leadership professional with a strong passion for business development and sports management. Currently pursuing my BSc. at the African Leadership University, I am set to graduate in March 2028. My educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in entrepreneurial principles, complemented by my participation in an American Dual Program, where I excelled in subjects like Maths and Economics.

In my professional experience as a Customer Service Agent at Shutterfly Inc., I honed my skills in customer engagement and process improvement. I effectively handled customer inquiries using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Additionally, my role involved onboarding new employees, which allowed me to develop my leadership and training abilities.

Beyond academics and work, I served as a Sports Coordinator at Kigali Christian School, where I organized various sports events and received recognition for my contributions. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a dynamic environment that values innovation and teamwork.
