What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in customer experience, sales, communication, or business development where I can build client relationships, solve customer needs, and contribute to strong service outcomes.

I'm currently supporting customers and driving repeat business as a Sales Agent at TransAfrica Communications, providing service before and after sales and resolving customer concerns professionally.

Previously at TransAfrica Communications, I worked as a Customer Service Agent using CRM tools and databases to manage customer relationships. I maintain accurate customer and sales records while focusing on satisfaction and practical solutions.

At CCI Global, I progressed from Call Center Agent to Call Center Team Lead, where I used Zendesk, coached team members, and supported call center operations.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Arts of Mass Media and Communication at Mount Kenya University, building on my background in Telecommunications Technology from IPRC Kigali. I'm passionate about customer experience, sales, communication, and business development.
