What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role in customer support or call centers where I can apply language and analytical skills, grow technically, and contribute to improving customer communication and language-based tools.

I am a Software Engineering student at Adventist University of Central Africa with a background in mathematics, physics and computer science from secondary education. I combine computational thinking and multilingual communication skills (Kinyarwanda, English, basic French) and have practical customer-facing experience as an event usher.

I am disciplined, diligent and punctual, with community volunteering experience and a Category B driver's license. I aim to apply analytical skills to call center roles, improve customer communication, and support development of language-based tools like chatbots and speech recognition.
