What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a long-term career in customer service, sales, and international contact-center operations while continuing to develop my software engineering and digital skills.

I've supported customers in a family business in Kigali, helping them choose products, answering questions, resolving concerns, and keeping sales and stock records organized.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering at African Leadership University while building technical foundations through ThinkYoung Coding School, where I studied HTML5, mobile app development, Python basics, and robotics programming.

I bring clear communication, active listening, teamwork, and a genuine interest in long-term customer service, sales, and international contact-center work.
