What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international, customer-focused role where I can combine operations, guest experience, finance, and digital marketing while continuing to grow in business management.

At Atlantic Horse Essaouira, I manage daily operations, tour planning, logistics, client communication, booking platforms, financial planning, competitor analysis, and social media content for international guests.

I've also progressed from preparatory bookkeeping to full accounting responsibilities at Optimal Systems GmbH, building strong accuracy, reliability, and financial insight.

My experience spans hospitality leadership, sales, recruitment, onboarding, invoicing, correspondence management, and business planning. At Peter Pane, I supported upselling and team management alongside service operations.
