I’m an adaptable, service-oriented hospitality and guest experience professional with extensive experience in fast-paced international environments. I’m passionate about hospitality, food service, and creating positive guest experiences, bringing a hands-on attitude and strong multicultural communication.

Alongside my hospitality interests, I’ve built deep operational discipline through roles including Banking Supervisor | Regulatory Risk & Governance Expert (European Central Bank, Germany) and Project & Operations Coordinator (European Commission – Joint Research Centre, Italy). In these roles, I coordinated teams and stakeholders, managed multiple priorities under pressure, supported onboarding and mentoring, and maintained service standards through precision and attention to detail.

I’m highly reliable and calm under pressure, with clear strengths in customer service, time management, organization, and inventory & operational support. I’m eager to contribute to a collaborative kitchen and hospitality team in a dynamic outdoor setting, and I’m open to relocation, flexible schedules, weekend shifts, and seasonal hospitality work.
