I am an IT Support Engineer with a strong foundation in Electronics and Communication Engineering, graduated with honors from Gujarat Technological University. My professional journey began at Kleagle International Pvt Ltd, where I provided comprehensive IT support for Junoedge repair management software globally. My role involved ensuring seamless resolution of issues while adhering to ITIL Incident Management principles, which significantly minimized service disruptions and optimized user productivity.

In addition to my support responsibilities, I led the integration of the Ariba Punchout Catalog, aligning with ITIL Change Management practices. I proposed automation changes in the Purchasing module, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention. My experience also includes rigorous testing for software builds, acting as a liaison between users and development teams, and developing SQL queries for actionable insights. I am passionate about leveraging my skills in web development and data analysis to continuously improve IT support solutions and user experiences.
