I am an IT graduate with practical experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting, technical support, and web development. I bring strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to solve user issues calmly under pressure.

During my degree I developed a web-based E-Learning Course Management System using C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL/SQL Server, implementing role-based access for learners, mentors, and admins. That project sharpened my full-stack fundamentals and database integration practices.

I have foundational knowledge of Windows, desktop hardware, and documentation practices, and I use analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for basic data work. I am a quick learner who applies practical technology solutions and values accurate record-keeping.

I am eager to grow in an entry-level technical role where I can contribute to meaningful work, continue learning modern development and analytics tools, and support users and teams with reliable technical solutions.
