What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can resolve real user issues through clear communication and disciplined troubleshooting—especially with remote support and ticket-based workflows—while continuing to grow into accessibility- and data-focused solutions.

I’m an IT student with hands-on experience providing technical support through a Salesforce ticketing environment, including remote desktop and in-person troubleshooting. I stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and follow through until issues are fully resolved.

In my IT Help Desk Technician role, I supported multi-campus operations by resolving hardware, software, account access, and connectivity problems. I handled identity verification and credential administration, maintained security compliance and audit documentation, and completed data recovery and device imaging during high-priority incidents.

I also build toward the next step in my career through independent development projects centered on accessibility, privacy, and data-centered design. Alongside technical support, I apply user-centered product thinking and workflow optimization to create practical, responsible solutions that people can actually use.
