What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in customer support, virtual assistance, or operations where I can provide excellent service, manage records and data entry, support administrative tasks, and continuously learn new tools.

I’m a Customer-focused Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) graduate with administrative and customer service experience from Solution SACCO. I help customers with inquiries and account-related requests, while keeping service clear, timely, and professional.

In my Industrial Attachment, I maintained customer and office records, performed data entry and document processing, and supported front-office and administrative operations. I collaborate with staff to deliver efficient customer service and I’m comfortable handling daily operational tasks with care.

I’m eager to contribute to a remote customer support, virtual assistant, or operations team where I can deliver excellent service and keep learning new tools. I bring strong communication, time management, and teamwork, supported by my experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data entry.
