In my ongoing customer service and administrative support work for a family business, I respond to customer enquiries in person and by phone and share product information.

I support day-to-day shop operations by organising stock and tracking inventory in Excel. I also handle customer transactions and maintain sales records.

I use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs to prepare documents and organise business information. In 2024, I supported product promotion by communicating product information to customers.

I'm studying for a Diploma in Human Resource Management and am seeking an entry-level remote role in virtual assistance, administration, or customer support.
