What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level HR or people-operations role where I can apply HR training, develop talent acquisition and performance management skills, and work within a collaborative, learning-focused company culture.

I am a Bachelor of Psychology graduate from Tarumanagara University with practical experience in supply chain operations and human-centered project work. I bring solid analytical skills, familiarity with psychological assessment tools like MBTI and TAT, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

During an internship at PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang I supported store transaction checks, goods receiving status, invoice verification, financial document handovers, and shop follow-ups, strengthening my attention to detail and process orientation.

I also contributed to a humanitarian project at Panti Werdah Santa Anna, providing social support, leading group activities, and facilitating handicraft sessions for the elderly, demonstrating empathy, communication, and community engagement.

I have completed HR-focused training (Kelas Siap Jadi HR Generalist) covering hiring, performance management, HR policy, administration, and legal aspects, and I am eager to apply and grow these skills in HR, people operations, or related roles.
