Faris Al Fathin Arifin

I’m a BNSP-certified Human Capital professional and Psychology graduate from Universitas Islam Indonesia, with hands-on internship experience in recruitment and HR administration. I bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and clear communication to support end-to-end HR operations.

My academic background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O Psychology) sharpened my analytical thinking, while my active participation in academic research as a journal co-writer strengthened how I approach problems and decisions with data in mind.

During my internship as a Human Resource Admin at PT. Asia Tritunggal Jaya (Asia Plaza), I supported recruitment and selection by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. I also assisted onboarding by preparing documents, introducing new hires to company policies, and supporting orientation sessions.

I managed and updated employee data and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality, helped organize training and development programs, and participated in employee engagement activities to improve teamwork and satisfaction. I’m now actively seeking a career opportunity as an HRGA Staff, Recruitment Specialist, or Talent Management Professional to contribute to organizational growth and meaningful employee development.
