What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR and administrative operations role where I can support employee data management, recruitment activities, and office coordination, while contributing careful reporting and learning from experienced teams.

I’m a fresh Management graduate from Universitas Sriwijaya, concentrated in Human Resource Management (GPA 3.97/4.00). I combine HR administration with operational support, and I’m detail-oriented and adaptable in dynamic environments.

Through my internships, I coordinated employee administrative processes—leave administration, document archiving, and employee performance appraisal (SKP) handovers—to help HR operations run efficiently. I also supported General Affairs activities such as internal document distribution and administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Beyond internships, I strengthened my execution and leadership through organizational roles in education development and content/layout teams. From planning programs to managing creative content and publication workflows, I learned how to coordinate stakeholders, meet timelines, and deliver consistent outputs—skills I’m ready to apply in an HR and operations-focused role.
