I am a Cum Laude Information Systems graduate with hands-on experience in HR, administration, business development, and customer service through roles at PLN Icon Plus and an internship at GoVokasi. I combine data-driven analysis with people-oriented communication to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
At PLN Icon Plus I managed CRM records, large-scale Excel reporting with PivotTables, and exceeded payment collection targets while handling customer communications via phone and WhatsApp. During my GoVokasi internship I performed competitor analysis, assessed 50+ participants, and compiled extensive company and university lead lists to support business development.
