What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow revenue, retention, and operational performance in SaaS, martech, or media businesses through account management, sales strategy, CRM optimization, analytics, and cross-functional project delivery.

I've managed enterprise and SMB growth across Rocket Lab, TikTok, RD Station, and Focal Media, combining account strategy, sales execution, and operational analytics.

At Rocket Lab, I managed 10–15 enterprise accounts in Brazil, planned programmatic media and DSP campaigns, achieved 80% retention, and managed more than BRL 300K quarterly. At TikTok, I managed over 150 accounts per quarter, led consultative TikTok Ads planning, and managed more than USD 500K in ad revenue.

At RD Station, I delivered more than 100 onboardings with 85% activation and platform adoption while keeping churn below 5%. I also delivered more than 200 qualified opportunities to the sales team in 2020 and exceeded opportunity and conversion goals.

Most recently at Focal Media, I've delivered 22 AI and Power BI account dashboards and implemented Zoho CRM, Desk, Finance Suite, and project management tools to improve collaboration across Account Management, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
