I took pride in managing day-to-day bookings, invoicing, and ensuring smooth operations within the business.

In 2011, I transitioned to CRS Legal, where I have spent the last 13 years focusing on debt collection. My expertise lies in utilizing automated systems for monitoring overdue accounts and coordinating with field agents for asset recovery.
