I’m looking for a Client Success Associate role where I can own onboarding and engagement, coordinate multi-stakeholder milestones, and use performance metrics to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business alongside senior leaders.

I’m a client-focused operations and relationship management professional with 10+ years of experience owning end-to-end client lifecycles—from onboarding through closing—while coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

In my most recent roles as a Real Estate Advisor, I’ve served as the primary point of contact, translating complex information into clear client guidance and using structured processes and metrics to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat referrals. I coordinate critical milestones across inspections, financing, title, and closing, proactively resolve issues to keep transactions on track, and prepare data-driven Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) to support client and lender decision-making.

Previously, I ran operational support for a top-producing broker as an Operations Manager / Transaction & Listing Coordinator / Executive Assistant—building SOPs, enforcing deadlines with zero missed SLAs, and centralizing client and pipeline data through a digital filing and CRM system.
