I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with extensive administrative support experience and a strong track record in contract management, project scheduling, and communication. I bring the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining efficient operations and handling confidential information with discretion.
Currently, I work as a Transaction Coordinator| Belay Solutions, serving as Transaction Specialist to an Executive Associate Broker and Executive Assistant to the Southeast Division President of a nonprofit organization. I coordinate travel, manage calendars and inbox, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain and update CRM databases using Hubspot, Salesforce, and Monday.
Previously at The Curtin Team, I managed $87M in transactions in 2021, coordinating contracts from initiation to close. I scheduled and led weekly staff meetings, acted as a liaison with title and loan officers, reconciled data, produced reports to track upcoming closings, and supported virtual assistant workflows for marketing campaigns, MLS data entry, and CRM entry.
Earlier, I served as Community Manager| ALSOP Property Management, overseeing 13 single-family communities and one condominium complex, creating annual budgets, managing invoices, conducting site inspections, and implementing compliance enforcement processes.
