I've managed 25–30+ monthly residential real estate transactions at Clover 4 Group Realty, overseeing acquisition and disposition workflows from contract ratification through closing. I review contracts, disclosures, addenda, and closing documents while resolving financing, title, compliance, timeline, and documentation escalations.
