I researched Public Service Commission dockets, orders, and agendas in 17 states and wrote client briefings on telecom rules, rate changes, and carrier obligations. I also implemented and managed Fluxguard monitoring in 40 states with DevOps coding support, saving the Solutions department about 700 hours of manual monitoring in six months.
I managed two regulatory compliance products, worked with developers on UI/UX improvements, and created compliance training content for clients and employees. I also used AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT to reduce manual work.
Earlier, I provided tiered SaaS support at Mastermind.com and technical support for internet, phone, IPTV, and home security systems at Gearheart Communications and Support.com, Inc. (Comcast contract).
