I am a seasoned QA and Agile delivery leader with 20+ years of experience building QA teams, implementing shift-left practices, and scaling quality across insurtech, e-commerce, fintech, and media. I blend technical depth in end-to-end testing with a strong focus on cross-functional clarity and mentorship.

Throughout my career I have led quality strategy for SaaS platforms, co-founded QA functions during high-growth phases, and directed QA for ML-driven document workflows. My hands-on expertise spans functional, E2E, UI/API, regression, and UAT testing, alongside automation frameworks and tools that improve release reliability.
