What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA leadership role where I can own test governance, KPIs/SLAs, and release readiness, while scaling AI/automation-driven testing and mentoring teams that continuously improve quality in fast-paced agile delivery.

I’m a QA Engineering leader with 10+ years of experience driving quality strategy, test governance, and delivery excellence across enterprise and SaaS platforms. I build, mentor, and scale high-performing QA teams that treat quality as a feature—owned with Engineering and Product, not bolted on at the end.

At Ark Pes, Inc., I lead distributed QA teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore) and create end-to-end QA strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks for multi-tenant SaaS. I translate requirements into actionable test plans across the SDLC, acting as the primary liaison between QA, Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.

I establish KPIs, quality dashboards, and SLA reporting to monitor test effectiveness, software reliability, and continuous improvement trends. I also own release readiness planning—dependency mapping, risk assessments, validation scope, and defect lifecycle management—using metrics and trend analysis to influence sprint planning and prioritization.

I drive automation and modern QA practices with Playwright and Mabl to reduce regression cycle time while balancing risk, speed, and delivery efficiency. I further leverage AI/LLM/MCP tools to automate test creation, execution, and reporting workflows, and I’ve worked across Azure and AWS cloud-based QA environments, using TypeScript, SQL, and JSON to strengthen data validation and testing quality.
