I seek a role where I can lead QA strategy, mentor teams, improve shift-left practices, and ensure release readiness in collaborative, engineering-driven organizations.

I am a seasoned Software QA leader with 10+ years building scalable QA processes, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software across web, mobile, IoT, and emerging Web3 platforms. I have led QA teams, authored test plans, implemented shift-left testing, and established validation and audit-readiness practices across large data migrations and enterprise reporting systems.

My hands-on background spans manual and automated testing, TestRail, Selenium/TestNG, JMeter, Databricks, Oracle, SQL, and cloud integrations. I partner closely with Product and Engineering to align quality initiatives with business objectives, improve release readiness, and mentor teams to raise testing maturity and reduce production risk.
