I’m looking for a data-driven growth role where I can own acquisition and retention, optimize funnels with A/B testing, and grow customer lifetime value through strong CRM engagement, partnerships, and targeted outreach—ideally within financial services or customer-focused brands.

I’m a results-driven Growth, Marketing & Customer Success professional with 5+ years of experience driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across financial services and wellness. I’m known for translating customer insights into high-impact campaigns, partnerships, and localized engagement strategies.

In my current role as Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Manager at Eden Gold Limited, I lead multi-channel campaigns to build customer acquisition and product awareness. I develop retention and re-engagement strategies, analyze performance metrics to optimize messaging and conversion funnels, and track customer lifecycle outcomes like conversion and retention.

Earlier, I served as a Sales Representative and Relationship Officer (Financial Institution), where I consistently exceeded sales targets and improved onboarding through tailored client education. I also built long-term relationships to increase customer lifetime value, and I’ve successfully introduced and scaled new products by combining targeted outreach, data analysis, and strong partner/influencer engagement.
