What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations or project management opportunities where I can improve production systems, coordinate teams and suppliers, use data to guide decisions, and contribute to sustainability, agriculture, hospitality, or service-focused operations.

I'm currently managing a high-volume, time-sensitive production operation, overseeing 8,000+ unit operations to maintain consistent output and delivery aligned with business demand.

I build operational schedules, coordinate resources and compliance protocols, negotiate supplier agreements, and implement digital tracking for throughput, efficiency, incidents, mortality, and cost data. I also develop SOPs and coach teams to strengthen productivity and accountability.

My background spans sustainability, agriculture, hospitality, foodservice, tourism coordination, financial oversight, and administrative support. I've designed seasonal menus, controlled inventory and food costs, coordinated travel bookings, and improved guest and customer experiences through feedback and service delivery.
