For my master's thesis, I studied gamified service design for shared mobility through a case study with YEGO. I designed a reward-based parking system that raised psychological ownership and parking-compliance intention in the scenario-based survey.
I built an AI job-search agent with Claude Code, Python and the Gemini API to find postings, score them against my profile, and tailor application materials. It screened 250 postings and reduced preparation time from 35 to 8 minutes per role.
As an independent contractor managing short-term rentals in Morocco, I handled guest communication, pricing and operations for four Airbnb/Booking.com properties in English, French and Arabic. They recorded 78% occupancy and a 4.8-star guest rating.
