At Masdar, I took Point and Viora from concept to market, developing the products and leading customer discovery, pricing, sales, and onboarding. They acquired 28 paying restaurant businesses and 42 paying clinics, respectively.

I also built Masdar Connect, bringing WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messaging together with AI replies and automated follow-ups. I lead a 12-person team across sales, technology, and finance.

At Lezzoo, I progressed from Full Stack Software Developer to Deputy CEO, working across engineering, product, and business functions. As Head of Product and Engineering, I built the data engineering and Looker reporting stack and launched initiatives that reduced driver churn and logistics costs.

As Product Manager, I developed and launched Lezzoo VIP, increasing monthly customer retention from 51% to 63%. Earlier, I built core customer, courier, and operations platforms and led engineering work including automated dispatch and a migration to Kubernetes.
