I’m a customer-focused professional with 5+ years of experience in call center operations and client relations. I manage high volumes of customer inquiries while keeping communication professional across phone, email, and chat.

In my roles as a Customer Service Representative and Call Center Agent, I supported customers with account inquiries, complaints, and service information. I resolve issues efficiently, handle urgent concerns with professionalism and patience, and assist international customers through phone, email, and live chat support.

I’m fluent in English and French, strong in conflict resolution and problem-solving, and known for multitasking. I’m eager to leverage my customer service expertise to enhance client satisfaction and support business objectives.
