What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, customer support, or telesales role where I can manage high-volume customer interactions, resolve escalations, build retention, and use CRM follow-up to improve conversions.

I've supported customers and generated qualified leads across housing, telecom, and food distribution environments.

At Prime Solution Group, I conduct outbound outreach to prospective tenants, property investors, and housing applicants, qualify interest, and schedule property tours and virtual consultations.
