Drove product development and partnership programs for mortgage and project-financing loans. Negotiated new credit lines with EBRD and KfW, including a first-of-its-kind green mortgage product tied to CO2 reduction.

Led a 5-office, 20-RM mortgage network serving VIP/affluent clients. Owned regional budgeting and investment-lending targets.

Led a 20-branch, 150-employee network and delivered 110%+ YoY commercial growth. Acted as deputy regional director.
